Job summary

Amcor Limited is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join the Global Talent Acquisition team. You will build strategic talent pipelines, engage passive candidates, and provide market insights to support recruitment across functions and regions.

This is a chance to shape a new global sourcing capability and drive impact across the organisation. You will work remotely or in a hybrid arrangement from Poland, partnering with TA Partners and senior stakeholders to unlock talent pools for current and future

Qualifications

• Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment in corporate or agency settings.
• Direct sourcing experience, especially with LinkedIn Recruiter and similar platforms.
• Strong research and talent identification skills for building pipelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging passive candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple sourcing priorities across markets.
• Analytical and proactive mindset with curiosity for talent markets and new sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify, attract and engage candidates for current and future roles across functions, regions and levels.
• Conduct market mapping and intelligence to support recruitment strategies and decisions.
• Build relationships with passive candidates and partner with Talent Acquisition teams to deliver pipelines.

As the first dedicated global sourcing team, we are creating a new capability within the organisation, introducing a more proactive and strategic approach to identifying and engaging talent. You will play an instrumental role in shaping this function, demonstrating the value of talent sourcing to the business and helping stakeholders unlock talent pools and opportunities they may not have previously considered.

With exposure to all functions, business areas and locations across our global organisation, you will enjoy a broad and diverse scope, working on a wide range of roles and talent markets. Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and senior stakeholders, you will build strategic talent pipelines, provide market intelligence and connect the business with exceptional talent for both current and future needs.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Proactive Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify, attract and engage qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, with a focus on niche and hard-to-fill roles. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across functions, regions and levels.
• Market Mapping & Intelligence: Research talent markets, industries and competitors to identify relevant talent pools, understand candidate availability and provide insights to support recruitment strategies and business decisions.
• Candidate & Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with passive candidates through tailored outreach and initial qualification conversations. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition teams to understand hiring needs, deliver relevant candidate pipelines and share sourcing insights.
• Pipeline Management & Continuous Improvement: Maintain accurate candidate data and sourcing activity across ATS, CRM and sourcing platforms. Continuously explore new tools, techniques and best practices to improve sourcing effectiveness and contribute to the development of the global sourcing function.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, gained in either a corporate or agency environment.
• Proven experience in direct sourcing, particularly using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate search platforms.
• Strong research and talent identification skills, with the ability to build and develop relevant candidate pipelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates and build relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple sourcing priorities across different roles and markets.
• Analytical and proactive mindset, with a genuine curiosity for talent markets and new sourcing techniques.
