Job summary

Creatio, an AI CRM and workflow platform, is seeking a proactive Non-Technical Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in Poland. You will research and engage candidates for non-technical roles across Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and more, using AI-powered sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter.

You’ll build pipelines, map markets, and collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring priorities, while experimenting with new sourcing methods to scale recruitment for international teams.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing non-technical or business-function roles.
• At least 6 months of hands-on sourcing experience; international markets is a strong advantage.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools, sourcing techniques, and automation.
• Ability to write personalized and engaging outreach messages.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

• Review candidate profiles and resumes against role requirements.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess experience, motivation, English level, and fit.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels; keep ATS data accurate.

We are looking for a proactive, curious, and results-driven Non-Technical Sourcer to join the Talent Acquisition team at Creatio. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys researching talent across business functions, actively uses AI tools in day-to-day work, and wants to develop international sourcing expertise. The primary focus will be identifying and engaging candidates for a broad range of non-technical roles.The role is based in Poland.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates across non-technical functions, such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Customer Success, and other business teams, depending on hiring needs.Adapt research and outreach strategies to different business functions, candidate profiles, and markets.Source candidates across different seniority levels, from junior specialists to senior and leadership roles.Build and maintain targeted talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.Develop and continuously improve sourcing strategies for challenging and niche roles.Actively use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and other sourcing/research tools to improve candidate research, market mapping, personalization, and sourcing efficiency.Experiment with new AI-powered approaches and bring ideas on how to make sourcing faster, smarter, and more scalable.Identify and engage passive candidates through highly personalized outreach and follow-ups.Conduct talent mapping and market research to understand candidate availability, competitor landscapes, and hiring trends.Partner closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand hiring needs, target profiles, and sourcing priorities.Review and evaluate candidate profiles and resumes against role requirements.Conduct initial screening conversations to assess candidates’ experience, motivation, English level, and overall fit.Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional communities, Boolean/X-Ray search, databases, and other relevant sourcing channels.Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.

Requirements:

Experience sourcing non-technical or business-function roles and ability to adapt to different candidate profiles.At least 6 months of hands-on sourcing experience; experience with international markets is a strong advantage.Strong interest in AI and demonstrated experience using AI tools in sourcing, recruiting, research, or everyday workflows.Curiosity and willingness to experiment with new tools, sourcing techniques, and automation.Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, for daily interaction with international candidates and stakeholders.Strong research skills and the ability to identify relevant talent across different markets and industries.Confidence using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks for proactive candidate sourcing.Ability to write personalized and engaging outreach messages.Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team.A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and motivation to continuously improve.
