About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to support recruitment activities across Poland. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and screening candidates for both high-volume blue-collar and white-collar recruitment projects. You will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders to build strong candidate pipelines and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct proactive talent searches and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen and assess candidates through phone and virtual interviews.
• Support high-volume recruitment campaigns across various business functions.
• Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS and sourcing platforms.
• Build and nurture talent pools for frequently recruited roles.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams across Poland to understand hiring requirements and market trends.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate research (junior-level experience will be considered).
• Excellent LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing skills and confidence in identifying passive candidates.
• Experience conducting candidate screening calls and interviews.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment projects (blue-collar and/or white-collar hiring).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good English language skills (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience working within an RPO, agency, or in-house recruitment environment.
• Knowledge of additional sourcing tools and recruitment technologies.
• Experience supporting recruitment across different functions and business units.
