Job summary

Zendesk Kraków is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end RFx responses, coordinating with Sales, Presales, Legal and Security to deliver clear, accurate, winning bids.

You will coach the sales team on procurement best practices, manage schedules, ensure deadlines, and refine processes to drive global discipline in the RFx Center of Excellence.

This hybrid role offers exposure to a growing pre-sales organization and the chance to shape high-stakes proposals across regions.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in proposal or technical writing.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to craft executive summaries and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Bid Management & Execution: Support smaller RFxs, then lead end-to-end response efforts for global RFxs.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Solutions Consultants, Account Executives, and SMEs.
• Documentation Ownership: Maintain final Main RFP Response Document for compliance and quality.
• Process Improvement: Contribute to engagement process enhancements and global discipline.
• Sales Enablement & Coaching: Coach sales on procurement best practices and winning patterns.
