The Kraków Rolls-Royce Global Capability Centre is seeking an RFX and Purchasing Analyst to drive efficient, compliant sourcing. You will manage RFx events, analyse bids, and support negotiations, guiding suppliers through e-sourcing tools to enable value-driven decisions.

Based in Kraków with a hybrid work model, the role focuses on data accuracy, policy compliance, and collaboration with global category teams to optimise sourcing performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement or supply chain management.
• End-to-end RFx management with bid analysis and negotiation prep.
• Experience in aerospace/defence or complex manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Manage e-sourcing events (RFx, e-auction) end-to-end.
• Analyse supplier responses and prepare bid evaluations.
• Support negotiation activities.
• Provide training to suppliers on tools and processes.
• Maintain data and documentation in e-sourcing platforms.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Analyse sourcing outcomes and supplier performance for improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and Global Category teams.
