Devop.One is seeking a Remote Senior Candidate Recruiter for Poland to lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles worldwide. You will partner with clients, design hiring stages, source candidates, and conduct pre-screenings to ensure top fits. Strong ATS skills and interview experience are essential for delivering high-quality profiles and guiding negotiations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter, preferably at a staffing agency.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to understand their hiring objectives and needs.
• Design and customize hiring stages based on each position’s requirements.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases and social media.
• Conduct pre-screening calls to assess applicants’ abilities.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profile summaries.
• Facilitate negotiation and support onboarding as needed.
• Build long-lasting client relationships and contribute to company development.
