Qualifications

• 5+ years as Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner (staffing agency/recruitment consultancy preferred).
• Led teams of senior recruiters and sourcers as a Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of recruiters and sourcers; drive Talent Acquisition.
• Develop our business by bringing quality clients and partnerships.
• Design and customize hiring stages based on position requirements.
• Source and recruit candidates via databases and social media; present shortlisted candidates.
