Job summary

First Advantage is seeking a Lead Recruiter for Poland to drive full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, partnering with local and global teams. This role emphasizes bilingual Polish and English communication, sourcing excellence, and strategic talent partnerships across Poland and select UK hiring needs.

You will influence hiring decisions, mentor teams, and promote a strong employer brand while aligning with business priorities and market dynamics in the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical roles.
• Fluency in Polish and English for candidate and stakeholder communication.
• Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple channels.
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS, CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment with a primary focus on technical roles in Poland.
• Partner with hiring leaders, People & Culture partners, and global Talent Acquisition stakeholders.
• Develop market-informed sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and build pipelines of technical talent.
• Recruit across technical skill sets such as software engineering, product, data, technology operations, implementation, security, cloud, infrastructure, or related functions.
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening, assessment, and stakeholder updates in both Polish and English.
• Guide hiring teams through structured interviewing, calibration, candidate assessment, and selection decisions.
• Manage complex candidate conversations, including compensation expectations, offer positioning, negotiation, and closing strategies.
• Use ATS, CRM, recruiting analytics, and digital recruiting tools to manage workflows, maintain compliance, and identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Represent First Advantage in the Polish and broader EMEA talent market by promoting the employer brand.
• Build internal and external talent networks and lead targeted recruiting campaigns, including digital and inclusive outreach strategies.
• Monitor requisition health, candidate flow, market trends, and hiring progress to anticipate risks, prioritize work effectively, and recommend practical solutions.
