Job summary

First Advantage is seeking a Lead Recruiter in Poland to partner with the business as a strategic talent advisor. You will own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, working closely with global teams and local leaders to build pipelines, conduct interviews, and drive decisions in both Polish and English.

The role supports UK hiring as priorities require, with a primarily remote setup based in Poland. You will leverage Workday or similar ATS, CRM tools, and analytics to optimize processes,

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and English for candidate interactions and stakeholder updates.
• 5–8+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including tech roles.
• Experience with Workday or similar ATS and sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles in Poland and select UK needs.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders and global TA to align recruiting with business priorities.
• Develop market-informed sourcing strategies to build pipelines.
• Recruit across software, data, security, cloud, and related tech functions.
• Conduct bilingual outreach, screening, and interviewing to ensure high-quality hires.
• Guide teams through structured interviews and negotiation processes.
• Utilize ATS/CRM tools to track pipelines and drive hiring analytics.
• Promote First Advantage in the Polish/EMEA talent market and nurture networks.
• Monitor requisitions, trends, and candidate flow to mitigate risks.
