Job summary

EY GDS Poland seeks a motivated Project Manager with SAP SuccessFactors and data integration expertise to lead planning, execution, and monitoring of enterprise initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and provide guidance on leveraging SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, PMP is preferred, and a Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in Talent.*

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, and monitoring of SAP SuccessFactors and data integration projects.

• Manage schedules, milestones, and resources to ensure timely completion.
• Identify, document, and mitigate project risks, assumptions, and issues with stakeholders.
• Provide SAP SuccessFactors expertise to guide project teams and optimize platform use.
• Oversee data mapping, transformation and validation for accurate data flow.

The opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and strong data integration skills.The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects involving SAP SuccessFactors implementation and data integration within our organization. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope and budget.

Your key responsibilities

Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to SAP SuccessFactors implementation and data integration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements,establishproject timelines, and define deliverables

Manage project schedules, milestones, and resources to ensuretimelyproject completion

Identifies, documents, and manages project risks, assumptions, and issues; work with stakeholders to develop mitigation plans andimplementsapproved actionsanworkarounds

Utilize SAP SuccessFactorsexpertiseto provide insights and guidance to project teams, ensuring the bestutilizationof the platform's capabilities

Manage data integration processes, including data mapping, transformation, and validation, to ensureaccurateand efficient data flow across systems

Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot integration issues andoptimizedata flow

Maintain documentation, including project plans, process flows, and integration specifications

Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals

Continuously evaluate project performance, gather lessons learned, and implement process improvements to enhance future project execution

Perform projectfinancial management– Develops overall project budget and controls costs for the duration of the project, including planned, actual, and forecast for both operational and capital expenditures

To qualify for the role, you must have

As a Project Manager, 3 to 5 years of industry experience preferably in Talent.
