Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in HR technology consulting or related roles.
• Hands‑on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Strong experience in solution architecture and application advisory.
• Proven exposure to HR process optimisation and transformation projects.
• Experience in reporting and analytics using SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience working with digital adoption, recruitment, and process tools such as WalkMe, SmartRecruiters, and Signavio.
• Experience supporting structured testing and change initiatives in client environments.
