Job summary

People More is seeking an IT Project Manager specializing in SAP HR (HCM) to drive HR IT initiatives from design to go-live and stabilization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery for international projects.

The ideal candidate has PMO experience in HR IT, hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central knowledge, and strong stakeholder communication in English and Polish; German is a plus. Remote work is supported; Kraków office available.

Qualifications

Experience as a Project Manager or PMO in HR IT projects.
Practical experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Experience in hypercare and post-go-live stabilization.
Ability to coordinate activities across business and technical teams and external partners.
Strong stakeholder, risk, and escalation management skills.
Independence and excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
German language skills would be an asset.

Responsibilities

Provide IT governance following the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central go-live.
Coordinate hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.
Track outstanding topics, action items, and corrective measures.
Prioritize activities and monitor timely completion.
Prepare project status reports.
Manage project risks, issues, and escalations.
Coordinate cooperation between HR leadership, IT, partners, and management.
Oversee rollout of MDI and embedded SAP Analytics Cloud.
