Job summary

OPmobility in Lublin, Poland, is seeking a Product Application Engineer to act as the main technical liaison between customers and cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.

You will coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management, support programs from serial production to future development, and travel across Europe as needed.

The role requires an engineering degree, automotive experience, and fluent English; knowledge of plastics is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of plastics and polymers.
• Experience coordinating technical projects.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to balance customer expectations with business needs.
• Willingness to travel for business.
• Fluent English.
• German knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical point of contact between the customer and internal cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate communication and activities between Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management teams, and customer representatives.
• Support customer programs from serial production phase through future development projects.
• Manage customer requirements, technical topics, and project priorities.
• Collaborate with international teams.
• Monitor project progress and risks.
• Participate in customer meetings.
• Support new product launches and engineering changes implementation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Occasional business trips across Europe.
