Job summary

OPmobility is hiring a Product Application Engineer based in Lublin, Poland, to act as the primary technical liaison between customers and cross-functional teams. The role supports serial production and future development projects, coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management across Europe.

You will manage customer requirements, balance business needs, and participate in customer meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive industry is required.
• Knowledge of plastics and polymers.
• Experience coordinating technical projects.
• Very good communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel for business trips across Europe.
• German language knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support customer programs from serial production phase through future development projects.
• Manage customer requirements, technical topics, and project priorities.
• Collaborate with international teams.
• Monitor project progress and risks.
• Participate in customer meetings.
• Support new product launches and engineering changes implementation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Occasional business trips across Europe.

Requirements
