Job summary

OPmobility is hiring a Product Application Engineer based in Lublin, Poland, to act as the primary technical liaison between customers and cross-functional teams. The role supports serial production and future development projects, coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program Management across Europe.

You will manage customer requirements, balance business needs, and participate in customer meetings.

Qualifications

Experience in the automotive industry is required.
Knowledge of plastics and polymers.
Experience coordinating technical projects.
Very good communication skills are essential.
Willingness to travel for business trips across Europe.
German language knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Act as the main technical contact between customer and internal teams across the product lifecycle.
Coordinate communication among Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management and customer reps.
Support customer programs from serial production through development projects.
Manage customer requirements, topics and project priorities.
Collaborate with international teams and monitor progress and risks.
Participate in customer meetings and support launches and changes.
