Job summary

OPmobility in Poland seeks an experienced engineer to advance automotive electronics and system integration across the product lifecycle. You will define system-level requirements and drive deployment across ECUs and mechatronic components, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and engaging with customers.

The role requires a degree in Electronics/Mechatronics and substantial automotive experience, with a focus on architecture, integration, and development processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems or related engineering discipline.
• Significant experience in automotive electronics, controlled systems, embedded systems, or electronic control units (ECUs).
• Strong understanding of system architecture, system integration and product development processes.
• Experience translating customer requirements into technical solutions and guiding their implementation.
• Proven ability to coordinate complex technical activities across multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop controlled systems architecture for advanced automotive applications.
• Define system-level technical requirements and drive deployment across electronic and mechatronic components.
• Coordinate the development, integration, and validation of controlled system functions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure system performance, safety, quality and compliance requirements are achieved through close collaboration with engineering, project and customer teams.
• Drive technical decision-making, risk assessment, and issue resolution to support successful project execution.
• Ensuring alignment and effective collaboration across engineering activities.
• Act as a technical interface towards customers, providing expertise and leadership on system architecture and application topics.
