Job summary

OPmobility in Gliwice is seeking a production team supervisor to implement tasks with quality, performance, and cost targets. You will ensure team qualifications and support the Injection Technical Team in solving production problems.

The role requires 2+ years in automotive, a technical diploma, strong MS Office and SAP skills, fluent Polish and basic English, and proven organization and teamwork to drive continuous improvement and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in automotive industry in a similar position.
• Technical high school diploma required; university degree preferred.
• Good computer skills (MS Office: Excel) and SAP.
• Languages: Polish fluent, English A2.
• Strong organization, results focus, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement tasks with quality, performance, and cost targets.
• Ensure qualifications of a subordinate team.
• Support Injection Technical Team in solving production problems.
• Conduct production meetings and analyses (QRQC, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why).
• Drive continuous improvement for production processes, efficiency, and quality.
• Foster positive teamwork and cross-department collaboration.
