Motorola Solutions Systems Polska Sp.z.o.o seeks an Order Management Intern to join a dynamic team coordinating end-to-end order processing for global State and Local Customers across North America. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers, Owning the process per role and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Competenze

• English skills at B2 level required.
• Basic computer literacy is required.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Google Workspace is welcome.
• Experience in Supply chain, Customer Service or Order Management is welcome.
• Team player attitude is essential.
• Must be eager to learn and adapt to change.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Process orders entry and changes for North American customers.
• Coordinate hold management and liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy of order-related documents and fulfillment requirements.
• Support fast-paced order management cycle and first-in-first-out timing.
• Collaborate with finance, credit, export control, product groups and sales.
• Provide high levels of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and meet team goals.
