MAHLE GmbH in Wrocław, Poland, seeks a Senior Specialist Performance Management to design, implement and manage our global Performance Management framework. You will lead cycles, provide expert guidance to executives and HR partners, and help drive accountability and insights across the organization.

Join a multinational team with flexible work options; relocation support is available for candidates outside the region. Business English fluency and SAP SuccessFactors experience are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with HR focus on HRM.
• Strong experience in designing and managing Performance Management processes.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage holistic Performance Management across the organization.
• Act as subject matter expert on performance management questions.
• Guide yearly Performance Management cycle, including development dialogues and calibrations.
• Facilitate processes for Executives and other employee groups.
