Job summary

MAHLE in Wrocław is seeking a Talent Management lead to own and evolve our global Performance Management framework. You will design, implement and manage processes, and act as subject matter expert across the organization.

You will advise executives and HR partners, run development dialogues, calibrations and KPI dashboards, and drive cross‑functional HR projects with a strategic, analytical mindset.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of advanced studies in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with focus on HR management.
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Management within global large-scale organizations.
• Experience designing and managing Performance Management processes and tools.
• Proven track record in steering global HR projects.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical, methodological and conceptual skills.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Take over global responsibility for designing, implementing and managing our holistic Performance Management approach.
• Be the subject matter expert in performance management questions.
• Provide global guidance for yearly Performance Management cycle including Dialogues and Calibrations.
• Facilitate Performance Management process for Executives and other groups.
• Enable and consult international stakeholders in process and system questions.
• Steer training sessions and moderate workshops for global target groups.
• Create presentation templates, reports and enablement material.
• Enhance Performance KPI dashboards and analyze data for process steering and success tracking.
