MAHLE GmbH in Wrocław, Poland, seeks a Senior Specialist Performance Management to design, implement and manage our global Performance Management framework. You will lead cycles, provide expert guidance to executives and HR partners, and help drive accountability and insights across the organization.

Join a multinational team with flexible work options; relocation support is available for candidates outside the region. Business English fluency and SAP SuccessFactors experience are required.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with HR focus on HRM.
• Strong experience in designing and managing Performance Management processes.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage holistic Performance Management across the organization.
• Act as subject matter expert on performance management questions.
• Guide yearly Performance Management cycle, including development dialogues and calibrations.
• Facilitate processes for Executives and other employee groups.

Your Contribution

• Take over global responsibility for designing,implementingand managing our holistic Performance Management approach including concepts,methodsand processes
• Be the subject matter expert in performance management related questions
• Provide global guidance for yearly Performance Management cycle incl. Performance & Development Dialogues, Calibration Conferences
• Facilitate Performance Management process for different employee groups including Executives
• Enable & consult different international stakeholders,e.g.Executives, HR Business partners, in process and system-related questions
• Steer training sessions and moderate workshops for global target groups
• Create presentation templates,reportsand communication & enablement material
• Enhance Performance KPI Dashboards and analyze data for process steering and success tracking

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Successful completion of advanced studies in Economics, Business Administration or Psychology with focus on Human Resources Management
• Multiple years (5+) of professional experience in Talent Management within global large-scale organizations
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in designing,implementingand managing Performance Management processes and tools
• Strategic mindset combined with strong analytical,methodologicaland conceptual skills
• Strong communicationskills (spoken and written) and high sensitivity in dealing with various stakeholders
• Quick comprehension combined with an independent, precise, and very structured way of working
• Excellent Microsoft 365 skills, especially within PowerPoint and Excel
• Expercience in SAP SuccessFactors (especially the module Performance & Goals) or in a similar system
• Proficient in Business English
