The Stepstone Group is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead end-to-end People experience at scale. You will manage onboarding to offboarding, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support initiatives across our global organization.

As part of the Tech Hub, you’ll collaborate with People Partners and other teams, driving process improvements and data accuracy while maintaining a positive workplace culture and high employee engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or formal HR training required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in People/HR or People Operations.
• Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite; Workday experience desirable.
• Excellent communication, customer service, relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Good knowledge of employment laws and confidentiality; HR certification desirable but not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, including contracts and HRIS records.
• Support payroll, performance and compensation processes with accurate data and reporting.
• Provide guidance on People policies, processes and employee relations with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance and data accuracy; support audits and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and AI/automation opportunities to improve efficiency and experience.
• Prepare People metrics and stay informed on legislation and best practices.
