Job summary

GLOBO Language Solutions, LLC seeks a Director, People Operations to design, implement, and oversee our HR infrastructure in a fast-growing environment. This hybrid role partners with executive leadership to deliver scalable processes and an exceptional employee experience.

You will lead onboarding, talent acquisition, performance management, and data analytics, driving people programs that align with business goals and market needs across multiple territories.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in Language Services or Healthcare Tech is highly preferred.
• Proven history of scaling organizations from start-up to enterprise levels.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in HR, I/O Psychology, or MBA preferred. SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is a strong plus.
• Analytical: Ability to turn complex data into a narrative that drives business decisions.
• High-Stakes Communication: Excellent oral, presentation, and written communication skills with empathy and candor.
• Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience with modern HRIS, ATS, and engagement platforms (e.g., Hubspot, Paylocity, Employee Navigator).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Infrastructure: Designing and maintaining the entire employee lifecycle with metrics.
• Strategic Talent Acquisition: Leading full-cycle recruiting and ATS optimization.
• Performance & Talent Management: Architecting reviews, compensation leveling, and promotions.
• Data & Analytics: Monitoring turnover, eNPS, time-to-hire and HRIS insights.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Guiding labor law compliance and audits across territories.
• Total Rewards Strategy: Managing benefits, payroll integration, and benchmarking.
• Leadership Mentorship: Developing People Ops staff and coaching managers.
