The People Operations Specialist at The Stepstone Group Polska sp. z o.o. will manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, including contracts, HRIS records, and benefits administration.

You’ll support payroll, performance, and compensation workflows, ensuring timely data and reporting. Engaging with managers and teams, you’ll guide on policies, handle employee relations, and ensure compliance with regulations while exploring AI-driven improvements to raise data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in People Operations or HR processes and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, including contracts and HRIS records.
• Support payroll, performance and compensation processes with accurate data and reporting.
• Provide guidance on People policies, processes and employee relations with timely advisory support.
• Ensure compliance and data accuracy across records and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement and AI/automation opportunities to enhance processes and experience.
