Job summary

SKF Group seeks a Global HR IT Manager (Payroll and Time & Attendance) to shape secure, scalable HR IT systems across regions. You’ll own the technology domain, set roadmaps, drive integrations, and ensure compliant operations in a complex multinational environment.

Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance to translate business needs into robust solutions, govern vendors, and deliver continuous improvement while safeguarding data and regulatory compliance (EU, GDPR).

Qualifications

• Proven experience owning and leading Payroll/Time & Attendance tech in a multinational environment.
• Experience across multiple regions with governance of standards and local regulations.
• Strong track record delivering system implementations, integrations and enhancements.
• Fluency in English and understanding of EU payroll regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of Payroll and Time & Attendance technology domain.
• Define and drive roadmap aligned with business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead global implementations, enhancements, and integrations.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance to translate needs into scalable solutions.
• Establish governance, performance monitoring, and compliant practices.
