Job summary

INSTANT IMPACT is seeking an experienced Global Payroll Manager to establish and lead a global payroll function from Cracow, Poland. You will collaborate with HR, Finance and external payroll partners to deliver accurate, compliant payroll across jurisdictions while driving governance and transformation.

You will shape a future payroll operating model, manage vendor relationships, and ensure consistent service delivery as the organization expands globally within a regulated financial services

Qualifications

• Experience managing global or multi-country payroll via outsourced providers.
• Experience with payroll vendors and service delivery.
• Experience centralising or transforming payroll operating models.
• Strong payroll compliance, governance and controls knowledge.
• Experience leading payroll transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across HR, Finance and operations.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop and implement a global payroll operating model.
• Manage payroll vendors, KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure accurate, compliant and timely payroll delivery.
• Lead payroll governance, controls and procedures.
• Drive standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Support centralisation or in-sourcing initiatives as the function evolves.
