Job summary

DAZN is seeking a hands-on Payroll Implementations Project Lead to drive payroll transformation across our global business. You’ll lead multi-country projects from planning to handover, including integrations after acquisitions and vendor migrations.

You’ll collaborate with HR, Finance, Tax, Legal and external providers to deliver scalable payroll solutions. You’ll shape efficient, reliable payroll operations and own project delivery with exposure to various transformation initiatives across the

Qualifications

• Experience delivering global or multi-country payroll projects.
• Ability to turn complex requirements into practical delivery plans.
• Good understanding of payroll processes, compliance and payments.
• Confidence working across teams and with external providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage global payroll projects from planning through implementation and handover.
• Support payroll integration after acquisitions including data migration and transitions.
• Deliver payroll vendor implementations and consolidation projects.
• Coordinate payroll system implementations with HR, Finance and other systems.
• Improve payroll processes with technology, automation and AI where impactful.
• Support compliance and IPO readiness by documenting processes and audits.
• Collaborate with payroll, people, finance, tax, legal, treasury and external providers.
• Maintain clear project plans, milestones and risk logs and escalate when needed.
• Be an individual contributor within the global payroll team.
