• 15+ years of multi-country payroll experience in a large multinational.

• Oversee end-to-end payroll for 30,000+ employees across countries.
• Develop and execute the multi-year global payroll strategy and operating model.
• Modernize payroll solutions, streamline data, and improve employee self-service.
