Job summary

Contentsquare is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our international Purchase to Pay team and support 13 countries, focusing on France, the US, and the UK. You will handle supplier invoices, T&E, and month-end close with accuracy and efficiency.

Reporting to the Global Purchase to Pay Director in Paris, you’ll help ensure compliant processes, optimize the P2P cycle, and drive scalable improvements while working in a hybrid/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end AP processes in a multi-country setting.
• Strong communication in English in global teams.
• 3-4 years hands-on AP experience.
• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay systems preferred.
• Fluent in Excel PivotTables and VLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier invoice processing across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with HQ to resolve disputed invoices.
• Audit PCard transactions and validate supporting docs.
• Review travel and expense reports against policy.
• Assist month-end and year-end close with accruals.
• Identify process improvements for P2P scalability.
