Job summary

TMF Group in Poland seeks a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate review and processing of Client global payroll. You will work independently to coordinate, control, and validate payroll across locations, collaborating with Client Service Managers and local offices.

You will visit the Katowice office quarterly and support internal trainings while maintaining compliance with company procedures and payroll rules.

Qualifications

• Master degree in economics, management, law, mathematics or econometrics is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in global or local payroll.
• Hands-on experience with payroll/HR software.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate payroll for small to large locations under supervision.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports to Client per agreement.
• Validate and consolidate client payroll data.
• Ensure timely delivery of payroll data to local offices and clients.
• Validate payroll results and explain variances to Client as needed.
• Communicate with local offices regarding calendars, deadlines, and processes.
• Assist invoicing with payroll-related data and reporting.
