Job summary

Deel is seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Manager to oversee the end-to-end deployment and data migration of payroll systems for clients worldwide. You will lead kickoff meetings, configure interfaces, and ensure a seamless transition, while coordinating with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong project management, global payroll knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with global payroll implementations and operations.
• Ability to manage client-facing projects and multiple workstreams.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation projects for clients.
• Define payroll requirements and configure systems and interfaces.
• Coordinate data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and status reports.
• Manage client communications and track risks and issues.
