Job summary

Deel is seeking a senior professional to oversee global payroll implementation projects for our clients. You will lead end-to-end setup, data migration, and go-live, coordinating with HR, Finance, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

You will apply deep knowledge of payroll systems and compliance, manage multiple client projects, and drive successful on-time delivery while maintaining high-quality documentation and client communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across your designated location.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation for Deel’s clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders during onboarding and migration.
• Define payroll requirements and configure interfaces and reports.
• Maintain project documentation and provide status updates to leadership.
• Manage go-live transition and post-implementation support.
