Job summary

Strada Poland Sp Zoo is seeking a UK Payroll Delivery Specialist to independently process UK payroll from end to end, ensuring compliance with defined standards and client requirements, while handling related tasks and supporting change requests. The role supports a global, fast-paced environment and requires strong MS Office and HRIS knowledge.

Ideal candidates will manage ticket queues, interpret payslips, follow payroll calendars, and produce client reports, all while safeguarding

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of payroll administration experience in HR, outsourcing, or corporate settings.
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to support a global, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Able to work both independently and in a team while following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Independently process UK payroll from end to end according the defined standards and client requirements including all associated payroll tasks
• Monitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate BI tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines and do not exceed expected thresholds
• Ability to utilize the hrX suite of tools as it relates to payroll processing and all associated activities
• Be able to understand and interpret a payslip
• Be able to understand and follow the payroll calendar
• Identify deviations from the standard scope of service and act accordingly including the identification and support of change request opportunities
• Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
• Produce and understand standard and client specific payroll reports including statutory year end reporting needs
• Review and validate data for accuracy and completeness and initiates corrections per the defined standards
• Answer payroll related questions and requests
• Support and execute SOC1 Controls
• Maintain and apply defined work instructions (DWIs)
• Perform Transactions with Third parties
• Provide clear knowledge transfers to peers
• Support the Root Cause Analysis (RCA) process
• Support and manage system maintenance testing
• Support technical issue coordination and resolution
• Maintains current knowledge of legislation requirements; system updates, changes and overall payroll procedures
• Participates in projects and activities as needed and assigned

Required Experience

• 2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment.
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment

• Self‑motivated and a willingness to learn
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures
