Job summary

Hitachi Energy Services Sp. z o.o. in Krakow invites a Payroll Expert for Global Mobility & Travel Compliance to lead payroll design for international assignments and travel.

You will work with HR, Tax, Legal, Finance, and external providers to build scalable, compliant processes and ensure accurate payroll delivery across multiple jurisdictions while optimizing controls and data interfaces.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Global Payroll Operations for international populations.
• In-depth knowledge of employment tax, social security, and payroll compliance.
• Experience with shadow payroll and international assignments.
• Experience with outsourcing payroll providers and multi-country environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as Global Payroll SME within the Travel Compliance program.
• Design end-to-end payroll processes for international travel.
• Develop governance, audit, reconciliation, and control frameworks.
• Collaborate with HR, Tax, Legal, Finance, and vendors to implement target operating model.
• Support testing, deployment, and transition to BAU.
