Qualifications

• Certifications in payroll or HR are beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing to ensure timely, accurate salary disbursements.
• Assist in calculating payroll components such as deductions, bonuses, and taxes.
• Help administer employee benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave tracking.
• Stay informed about basic regulatory requirements related to payroll and benefits.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to resolve payroll/benefits-related queries.
• Provide assistance to employees on routine payroll and benefits questions.
