Tate & Lyle is seeking a seasoned Global Payroll Process Owner to lead payroll governance, ensure accuracy and compliance across regions, and partner with vendors to optimise delivery.

You will act as a Subject Matter Expert, drive continuous improvement, and upskill payroll teams while aligning with our people experience and business goals. This hybrid role offers global exposure and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in global or multi-country payroll and compliance.
• Ability to act as SME and trusted advisor on payroll matters.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide global payroll governance, controls, and policy recommendations.
• Manage relationships with global/local payroll vendors and performance.
• Lead or support payroll audits, risk assessments, and issue resolution across regions.
