Oyster is seeking a seasoned professional to own and evolve our global payroll partner network, ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-quality delivery across markets. You will manage end-to-end payroll workflows, governance, and partner relationships with a focus on operational excellence.

The role emphasizes ambiguity management, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration with HRBPs, Payroll, Legal, and Finance teams to support our mission of hiring anyone, anywhere.

Formación

• 5+ years of direct experience managing multi-country Payroll Vendors and Compliance/Health & Safety partners in a global environment.
• Strong technical understanding of end-to-end payroll processing cycles and GTN calculations.
• Significant experience owning strategic payroll and compliance vendor relationships in global contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the SME and owner for Oyster's multi-country payroll partners worldwide.
• Monitor vendor SLAs, data delivery, and payroll cut-off adherence.
• Lead vendor governance, scorecards, and escalation thresholds with partner leadership.
• Define partner strategy and governance, enabling scalable global payroll delivery.
