Job summary

RHI Magnesita in Poland (Remote) is seeking a Global Payroll Governance professional who will report to the Head of Global Payroll. You will strengthen governance, compliance and internal controls across our global payroll organization and drive standardized, well-controlled payroll processes with KPIs and dashboards.

You will collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT and external providers, contribute to the Global Payroll Transformation journey, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, HR, accounting, or related field.
• Several years of professional experience in Governance, Internal Controls, Process Management, Audit, Compliance, Shared Services, or similar functions.
• Payroll experience is highly desirable.
• Strong experience in process governance, internal controls, risk management, and performance monitoring.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting, analytics, and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Drive Payroll Governance, Compliance, and Internal Control initiatives across multiple countries.
• Monitoring payroll risks, controls, audit findings, and remediation activities.
• Defining, tracking, and reporting Global Payroll KPIs and operational performance metrics.
• Supporting process standardization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Contributing to internal and external audit activities and ensuring compliance with corporate standards
