Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to grow and take task ownership.
• Availability for shift work: 10:00–19:00 or 14:00–23:00.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee and contractor personnel files.
• Collect and process necessary employment-related declarations.
• Verify the legality of employment for foreign workers.
• Maintain working time records in the HRnest system.
• Handle Employee Capital Plans (PPK).
• Oversee the Company Social Benefits Fund (ZFŚS).
• Cooperate with the payroll provider for accurate processing.
• Collaborate with occupational medicine clinic for timely check-ups.
• Prepare personnel reports, summaries, and analyses.

Skills

Fluency in Polish and English (B2 level or higher)

Knowledge of labor law and HR regulations

Strong MS Office and general computer skills
