Ammega is seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Specialist for a maternity cover role in Szczecin, Poland. This on-site position requires at least 2 years in HR/payroll, strong knowledge of labor law, and ability to manage processes independently.

You will handle employee records, attendance, payroll support, onboarding, and contract administration while ensuring compliance and accuracy. Private medical care and life insurance are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR & Payroll specialist or similar role.
• Practical knowledge of labor law, social security regulations, and HR/payroll processes.
• Ability to independently manage HR and payroll tasks.
• Experience with Enova and Płatnik systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation per labour laws and internal policies.
• Managing time and attendance, verifying and settling working time as required by law.
• Preparing and verifying payroll calculations and supporting payroll processing.
• Monitoring medical examinations, HSE trainings, and contract renewals.
• Providing day-to-day HR and payroll support to employees and managers.
• Supporting onboarding activities for new hires.
• Preparing employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and termination documents.
