Job summary

TMF Group is a global provider of administrative services with operations across 125 offices. The regional Katowice team handles Client global payroll review, data validation, and coordination for European markets.

The role involves quarterly in-office presence in Katowice and close collaboration with Client Service Managers and local offices. You will work in a dynamic, international environment, handling ad-hoc data requests, maintaining payroll accuracy, and supporting the Invoicing team as

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, management, law, mathematics or econometrics.
• At least 3 years of payroll experience (global or local).
• Hands-on experience with payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Review and process client global payroll with accuracy.
• Coordinate monthly payroll data with local offices and ensure timely delivery.
• Validate payroll results and explain variances to clients.
• Maintain communication with clients and local teams regarding calendars and data processes.
• Assist with monthly payments, data collection, and reporting for invoicing.
