Qualifications

• Experience in leading change management within Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procurement, or Finance transformation.
• Experience in multinational or global organizational structures.
• Proven track record building and leading Change Champion Networks and user adoption of new solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize end-to-end P2P processes and workflows.
• Define and govern buying and paying channels for compliance and throughput.
• Identify opportunities and drive invoice automation across AP/P2P landscape.
• Support accrual management and help ensure timely closing.
• Lead process mapping, create SOPs, and maintain documentation standards.
• Prepare test scenarios, run system/process testing (UAT), resolve bottlenecks.
