Mars in Warsaw is seeking a S2P Payments and Travel & Expenses SME to join the Financial Operations team, shaping global payment and reimbursement processes. You will help standardize and deploy scalable solutions across the organization, collaborating with Treasury, Procurement and Digital Technologies.

The role requires 5+ years in AP/payments, expertise in end-to-end processes, and strong SAP knowledge. A university degree and English fluency are essential; hybrid work is offered.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Payments, or Finance Operations.
• End-to-end AP processes and T&E reimbursement knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of payment methods (BACS, SEPA, CHAPS, SWIFT, Faster Payments, checks, virtual cards).
• Experience managing payment runs, scheduling, and approvals.
• Understanding of multi-currency payments and FX implications.
• Knowledge of SAP and connected technologies like SAP Ariba, SAP OneSource, and workflow tools such as VIM.
• Understanding of finance and commercial controls.
• Prior involvement in transformational program or enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Fluent English.
• University degree in Finance, procurement, or supply chain.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for vendor payments and T&E within the Source-to-Pay transformation program.
• Support the design, standardization, and optimization of global payment and reimbursement processes.
• Partner with Treasury, Finance Operations, Digital Technologies, Controllership, and regional stakeholders to meet requirements.
• Participate in global design workshops, process reviews, testing, and country validation sessions.
• Help define future-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive automation initiatives.
• Support change management, training needs assessments, and documentation activities.
• Ensure global process consistency while addressing country-specific requirements.
• Contribute to deployment activities and continuous improvement efforts as new capabilities roll out globally.
