Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Change Manager Lead to own a global Source-to-Pay transformation, guiding sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, purchasing, catalog and payment processes across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procurement, or Finance transformations.
• Proven ability to establish change networks and drive widespread user adoption.
• Experience operating in a multinational organizational environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead End-to-End Change Strategy for a large-scale multi-country S2P transformation, covering sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, purchasing, catalog and process adoption, invoice processing and payment.
• Drive business adoption and process alignment across all operational stages of the S2P lifecycle.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments, evaluate business readiness and implement mitigation strategies.
• Engage senior stakeholders across global and regional levels to build sponsorship and minimize resistance.
• Deliver capability building and enablement by partnering with training and communications teams.
• Monitor and optimize change performance using KPIs to measure adoption, effectiveness and readiness.
