Biogen Poland invites applications for a 12-month Procure to Pay Payments Intern position in Warsaw. You will support international electronic and manual payments, assist customers, and help ensure timely processing of payment requests in the P2P team.

Ideal candidates hold a finance degree, are fluent in English, and are comfortable with Excel and Oracle ERP. A 32-hour work week and a PLN 31.40 hourly rate apply, with work permit and residency in Poland required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar faculty.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
• Comfortable working in Excel and financial ERPs (i.e., Oracle).

Responsibilities

• Perform international Electronic and Manual Payments in compliance with company Policy and Instructions.
• Execute Electronic and Manual Payments according to the established payment schedule.
• Handle ad‑hoc Electronic and Manual Payments as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service to employees and other stakeholders.
• Communicate with business partners and third parties to resolve payment inquiries or discrepancies.
• Support the Payments team with additional payments‑related activities and sub‑processes.
