Biogen Poland invites applications for a 12-month Procure to Pay Payments Intern position in Warsaw. You will support international electronic and manual payments, assist customers, and help ensure timely processing of payment requests in the P2P team.

Ideal candidates hold a finance degree, are fluent in English, and are comfortable with Excel and Oracle ERP. A 32-hour work week and a PLN 31.40 hourly rate apply, with work permit and residency in Poland required.

About This Role:

As a Procure to Pay Payments Intern, you will be an integral part of the P2P department, contributing significantly to our Payments processes. This 12-month internship is crafted to immerse you in the PTP Payments operations while bridging the gap between your academic knowledge and real-world applications. You will gain hands‑on experience that is vital for a career in Finance within Shared Services. Your primary responsibility will include assisting with payments‑related tasks and ensuring the prompt processing of payment requests. Your role will also involve supporting both internal and external customers, offering guidance in Payments processes, and addressing any related inquiries. This position is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our financial operations.

Additional Employment Conditions

We offer a paid internship with 32 hours of internship per week. An hourly rate is 31,40 PLN. Please note that the role requires a candidate to be a holder of work permit & residency in Poland.
