The role emphasizes legal compliance, client guidance, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, asynchronous setup. Strong automation/AI fluency and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and spoken English; multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end offboarding for international employees with emphasis on compliance and customer service.
• Provide first-level Employee Relations support and guidance to clients.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Legal, and Benefits to ensure accurate and timely offboarding.
• Draft and administer termination documents while maintaining data privacy.
