Qualifications

• 5+ years of ocean freight forwarding experience (FCL/LCL, export/import).
• Fluent English (advanced level).
• Proven ability to supervise teams, delegate tasks, and make data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead international ocean export operations (FCL/LCL), ensuring seamless service delivery
• Manage a team, assigning tasks, resolving issues, and fostering professional growth (onboarding, evaluations, salary adjustments)
• Build long-term relationships with clients, carriers, and subcontractors, negotiating rates and selecting partners
• Oversee customs procedures, documentation (forwarding/accounting), and crisis decision-making for operational cost approvals
• Collaborate with Ocean Customer Service, internal/external stakeholders, and global contracts
