Job summary

Maersk is seeking a proactive Customer Experience professional in Gdynia to design tailor-made logistics solutions for our customers, coordinating across countries and global teams to deliver end-to-end services. You will own the shipment process, build strong relationships, and help simplify complex logistics for diverse clients.

Fluency in Polish and English, experience in freight forwarding or logistics customer service, and familiarity with EDI/SAP are valued.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships and understand customer needs to identify opportunities
• Ensure the shipment lifecycle is executed smoothly and SLA commitments are met
• Coordinate with the commercial organization on customer commitments and forecasts
• Advise Maersk management on potential service failures and trends
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance service
• Support the digitization agenda and adoption of new e-features by customers
