Job summary

• Build long-term relationships with clients, carriers, and subcontractors, negotiating rates and selecting partners
• Oversee customs procedures, documentation (forwarding/accounting), and crisis decision-making for operational cost approvals
• Collaborate with Ocean Customer Service, internal/external stakeholders, and global contracts

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Degree in Transport/Forwarding/Logistics (TSL) or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in ocean freight forwarding (FCL/LCL, export/import)
• Fluent English (advanced level)
• Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and client-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of project/change management basics
• Knowledge of CEVA systems (CargoWise)
• Familiarity with FMC rules and customs procedures
• Proven ability to supervise teams, delegate tasks, and make data-driven decisions
